Business Meets AI aims to help readers make useful, informed decisions about AI in business. These are the standards we will use as we build the publication.
Start with evidence and context
We will distinguish reported facts, vendor claims, our own observations, and opinion. When covering announcements or product capabilities, we will link to relevant sources and explain meaningful limitations. Pricing and features can change; time-sensitive coverage should be read in the context of its publication or update date.
Be clear about hands-on experience
We will say when we have tested a product ourselves and explain the scope of that testing. An overview based on documentation or a demonstration will be described as such. We will not present a vendor demonstration as independent testing.
Commercial relationships
The publication may earn revenue from display advertising, sponsorships, affiliate links, and services offered by related businesses. Where an article contains an affiliate link, we will disclose that we may receive compensation if a reader takes a qualifying action. Sponsored content and paid placements will be identified.
Coverage involving Retell AI, JGRobo, Action2Call, or another business with which the publisher or author has a relevant relationship should disclose that relationship alongside the content. The presence of a link does not by itself mean an affiliate arrangement is active.
AI-assisted work
AI tools may help with research organization, drafting, editing, and illustrations. Editorial responsibility remains with the publication. Facts, sources, and quotations need verification before publication; generated text is not evidence. We will identify generated illustrative imagery when it could otherwise be mistaken for a photograph of a real event or product result.
Corrections and updates
We will correct substantive errors when identified and add an update or correction note when a change materially affects an article. Readers should be able to understand what changed and why.
